Jamaal Williams, Kamal Martin out for Thursday's game

Due to the NFL's contact tracing rules for coronavirus, both running back Jamaal Williams and linebacker Kamal Martin will not be available for the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night when they take on the San Francisco 49ers.

Tom Pelissero reported the news Tuesday morning, noting both were considered close contacts with running back A.J. Dillon, who has a positive confirmed case of coronavirus.

Pelissero added there were no new positive tests for the Packers from Monday's round of testing, meaning Dillon, Williams, and Martin are the only three who will be out, as of now, due to the NFL's coronavirus policy.

With Dillon and Williams out, the attention turns to running back Aaron Jones to make a return to the field. Jones has missed two games with a leg injury and is listed as limited in practice on the Packers' injury report. Kick returner Tyler Ervin and Dexter Williams, who is on the practice squad, are the only other running backs on the Packers' roster.

Green Bay plays San Francisco on Thursday Night Football. The game is not expected to change dates.
