Aaron Rodgers Is In Attendance At Packers Minicamp

After not being in attendance at OTAs, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers arrived in Green Bay to attend mandatory minicamp. This was expected and Rodgers previously stated that he would attend.

“I’ll be back there a few more days (in May) and then for the (June) minicamp,” Rodgers said on The Pat McAfee Show during the first round of the NFL Draft. “I’m excited to get back there and get things going. I’m going to put in the time to make it work with those guys and we’re going to find a way.”

After the offseason departures of Davante Adams and Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Rodgers has a retooled wide receiver corps to work with and build up a rapport with. Rookies Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs, and Samori Toure are among the new receivers Rodgers will need to establish trust with on the field.

Last offseason, Rodgers was not in attendance at any offseason practice so his presence this year is a welcome sight. With his recent contract extension keeping Rodgers tied to the Packers through potentially the 2026 season, it becomes all the more important that he builds the relationships with his young wide receivers quickly in order to maximize the window to win another Super Bowl.
